JM Pieterse (CA (SA) M Compt) - Johann served as a partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, financial director of Pepkor and subsequently was recruited to head the successful turnarounds of Van Shaiks (in the Naspers group) and Teljoy prior to its merger with Vodacom. Johann is Executive Chairman of Strategy Partners.

DK Smith (BSc FIA) - Desmond's extensive senior management career with Sanlam culminated in his term as Managing Director. Upon his retirement from Sanlam he took up a position as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the Reinsurance Group of America (South Africa) and also serve as director of other listed and non-listed companies. In these capacities he has led numerous corporate change initiatives and have guided the development of younger organisations as well.

CN Louw (MComm) - CN held several executive and directorship positions in banking and financial services, among which a period with Investec Bank and an executive directorship of PSG Investment Bank. He has overseen the establishment of new businesses and has participated in the financial structuring of significant transactions.

TRT Bohlmann (BCompt (Hons) CA (SA)) - Theo's corporate career includes several senior executive positions, including at managing director level. He has specialised experience of the pharmaceutical industry and has private equity investment interests. He currently serves on the boards of several listed companies, including Alexander Forbes, Avis and Investment Solutions.

AL (Gusti) Coetzer (MA (Clin Psych) Dip Lab Law) - Gusti is a partner in the executive search firm Leaders Unlimited. A clinical psychologist by training, she has held several executive positions in HR and in general management - she was for instance responsible for the successful turnaround of a major retail chain. Gusti has since followed a successful career in executive search and is being retained by various prominent organisations.

NEB Khumalo (BSc MBA) - Brian is a partner in the executive search firm Leaders Unlimited. He held senior management positions before entering the field of executive search. He is being retained by prominent organisations on mandates to recruit senior level managers, including chief executive officers.

Frank Kilbourn (BA LLM Hons (Dip) Tax - Frank is an experienced corporate and transaction advisor. He served as a senior corporate finance executive with SCMB and in this capacity led several large and BEE oriented transactions in several industries. He also served as executive director in the Kersaf Group in addition to conducting many individual corporate finance related assignments.

JP Strümpfer (MSc PhD) - Johan is widely respected for his work in organisational strategy and renewal. He has twenty-five years of experience in dealing with complex strategic and operational issues. His clients include well-known organisations such as Naspers, Shell (SA), Stewart Scott International, Absa, Gencor and Sanlam. He has delivered management development programs at various Business Schools.

HC Marais (BComm LLB Hons B (B&A)) - Herman initially pursued a career in business finance and professional services. He served as a partner with Deloitte & Touche before becoming the founding principal of Strategy Partners where he currently serves as managing principal. He has more than twelve years of experience in guiding corporate change and performance improvement for clients across several industries. He has completed assignments for, inter alia, Naspers, Foschini's and Rand Merchant Bank. Herman serves as managing director of Strategy Partners.

KJ Osler (MA Org Psych) - Karin is an organisational psychologist who has worked both locally and internationally over the last 17 years assisting a wide range of organizations. Through her specialist consultancy, The Centre for Conscious Change, she has acquired extensive experience in co-ordinating integrated change management and organisational transformation processes, including the context of mergers and acquisitions. She is furthermore experienced in leadership development, facilitation, team building and the coaching of senior executives. Her clients include BP, RMB Asset Management, Metropolitan Life, Placer Dome Mining, Safmarine, Shell, Stewart Scott International, Teljoy and Truworths
