Restructuring and supporting growth companies

Many companies are ‘ticking over’ while performing way below their potential in terms of growth and value. Others grow so fast that the business is at risk of getting out of control. Several events may trigger a step change to a next stage of development, or a strategic restructuring, needing executive guidance:

Empowerment initiatives may introduce new stakeholders.

Making the step changes associated with these transition points in the life-cycle of a business holds less risk if it is done with the benefit of experienced guidance, coaching and mentoring, especially if it requires organisational change implementation at a corporate or divisional level.
